Skilled Artisans then hand tie the green tea leaves around specially picked flowers. When hot water is added to the bloom, a delicate flower unfurls before your eyes. Each tea bloom yields 15 cups of tea and can be brewed 3 times. Just add more hot water to the bloom throughout the day to make more tea.
